In addition to his work as a researcher and moderator, Trey designs and leads leadership and organizational development programs for clients from the early career to executive level.

Trey has worked across a variety of industries, such as government, manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, healthcare, and education. Notable clients include the US Census Bureau, NATO, McDonalds - Brasil, the World Gas Conference, and CVS.

A product of movements between South America and the American South, Trey brings his own Latino cultural knowledge together with empirical training and experience living, studying, and working across 5 continents.
